I've been disconnected from spaces for a while and just got too much on my plate. But know that I think of you more often than I've made the effort to say. Much love, always. Hope to work together again. 🤗

And ya, the live reporting thing is fun when there are others joining in. #EFACON2026 was interesting that way as it's the first time I experienced void in the community. I still did a few sessions cos it helps me remember, like taking notes. If it helps even one other, that's a bonus. 😃

I knew about it but hadn't really paid attention. To see it live in action was very cool. You should get Rita to do a mini-presentation at CCE.

Shannon Scott's posters need to be printed on billboards: ⚡ 'I'm not telling you it's going to be easy. I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.' ⚡ 'The devil whispered in my ear, You're not strong enough to withstand the storm.' [...] I whispered, "I *am* the storm."' #EFACON2026

Giving yourself the freedom to be vulnerable is freeing. Resisting the pressure to adapt to social expectations and beliefs allows space for respect and honours uniqueness. (Dr Bernard Golden, in *Psychology Today*) #EFACON2026

⭐ Tip to think about who to network with: think about the qualities you *want* in a peer, qualities you *need* in them, and qualities *you* can offer as a colleague. #EFACON2026

🎯 Build your connection network: professional and personal. It's handy for days when you simply can't fight the day. Building a strong (not necessarily large) circle of colleagues, friends and family who one can be vulnerable around is what sustains humanity. #EFACON2026

2. Remember your expertise is your experience: time invested in yourself and your career is exactly that, time invested. It gives you authority. Don't devalue it. Social comparisons don't help. It's your superpower, not someone else's. #EFACON2026

🎯 How to quiet your inner critic? 1. Don't self-reject: allow knee jerk reactions but don't prioritize them. Feel the emotions, sit with them, give yourself permission to let them go. Practice using your logic brain till it's a habit. #EFACON2026

⭐ Takeaways - share a worry to halve the worry - name the fear so it's easier to confront - acknowledging imposter syndrome isn't a weakness but a strength Every individual has every right to exist in all of one's flawed glory. Just as we are. That is what makes humanity human. #EFACON2026
