How many data centers would be needed without all of this surveillance, big and small? e.g., Google/Youtube -- if using a non-Chrome browser, I now (apparently they found me late) have to sign in to YouTube ("security"), but in Chrome or on my Samsung TV, I get tracked automatically. fun stuff.
