IgE tests are funky for sure. Mine just confirmed allergies I basically knew I already had (egg whites and bananas). Mine also said I had a sensitivity to sesame but I don't.

That's basically where I was at in the beginning. 9+ months in and all my numbers are beautiful so I did focus a little more on the idea that meaningful weight loss was possible for me. But all the other benefits are still what's most important.
