That's basically where I was at in the beginning. 9+ months in and all my numbers are beautiful so I did focus a little more on the idea that meaningful weight loss was possible for me. But all the other benefits are still what's most important.

One of the pharmacists at my walgreens is so good at giving shots I found out he usually works Friday mornings so I scheduled all my vaccines for then this fall. Might be psychosomatic but I swear my arm pain is less when he does it.
