Meteorologists at the Canadian Met Aviation Centre nailed their 12Z GFA forecast yesterday morning, calling for localized fog in valleys over southern ON and QC. This was the view looking north climbing out of Ottawa at 3000ft 😍

Pets are just the absolute best and give the best snuggles. Our kitteh is 13yo now and has loved her humans since the day we rescued her as a tiny kitten ❤️ this is one or her favorite things.

Biking lanes done right. I enjoy biking in ottawa a whole lot more than I did in Montreal, and feel a whole lot safer. Theyre not all like this but you can find them often for a good ride.

#AOPA featured this absolutely killer shot on its IG feed: @peacewind.aero firing up in an RCAF Chipmunk warbird to leave Oshkosh. On the left, you can also see the nose and spinning propeller of the Chipmunk @astrokatie.com flew in formation with her. Aviation photography at its finest. :)

Two yellow RCAF Chipmunk warbirds preparing to leave Oshkosh. On the left, you can see the nose and spinning propeller of one; and, beyond it, the primary subject of the photo, you see a woman in the open cockpit of a second, its canopy slid back a half meter or so. She's wearing a khaki flight suit and a headset over a skullcap and is looking toward the camera; one of her sunglass lenses is reflecting the yellow of the planes, the other looks dark. Her plane's wing extends toward the camera, and the RCAF roundel and its red maple leaf are visible on the underside.
