when I'm in a bad drawing rut like I'm in right now and lately, one of the things I fall back on is drawing references and studies to keep my hand and mind moving those muscles. doing studies will never fail you in the long run.

Omigosh, Poltergeist 😭 I saw it at age 6 or 7 when we were visiting my grandparents; my parents were upstairs gabbing and my uncle was downstairs watching this movie and he either didn’t notice or didn’t care that I was watching with him, and my parents were FURIOUS when I had nightmares for days

There are days I’m doing great and there’s other days where I realize I’ve neglected to refill my heart rhythm medication in time on one of my most active performing days of the year 🫠 but I made it through and I’ve also called in my prescription. It’ll be ready tomorrow.

Did you ever read what they call Science Fiction? It’s a scream. It is written like this:

I solved that by booking a hotel close enough to the sea that I could walk... Is that an option? (I mean, you would still have to pay for the hotel, so technically it's probably still paid parking...)
