One thing I noticed at 45 compared to 35 is the physical relief is much more noticeable when I apply lotion. Same with drinking water!

I long for Sleep, but it keeps me at a distance. I close my eyes and pretend, But it hasn’t held me for days I wonder if we will ever find each other in the night again or if I will lie awake writing about how good it used to be, when Sleep was there for me through the darkest hours.

I bought a computer online and it arrived in a slim box and now it is wirelessly and quietly updating. We’ve come so far from heavy square boxes bought in a store that required 16 disks to start and screamed in agony when connecting to the internet.
