For example at one point my prescription called for a 15mg extended Adderall at 6 am and then 10mg extended at noon.

I had the same issue. What I settled on was non extended release and lower dosage. This way I could take half a pill. I also found lower dosage gave me more wiggle room to match my daily needs. Instead of a 25mg extended release do a 15mg and 10mg. Still get the same dosage but lasts so much longer.

This is fascinating to my AUDHD. The crowd noise and mix on ESPN vs TNT. At times I find ESPN isn’t enough and other times TNT is too much. I also find the broadcast vibes completely different.

Just a thought that has worked in my life. Find socially acceptable ways to cause yourself pain. For me I moved to exercise and it’s honestly helped. I work in a 5 story building so when the anger comes I go up and down there stairs till is subsides. Running up 5 flights of stairs is pain enough.

I think many autistic individuals have this reaction the difference is how long it lasts. Being a late diagnosis I found myself going through the 5 stages of grief with a whole lot of forgiveness. It took me a few years to get through it all and to a spot I could honestly say I was OK.
