So I heard there was this new RPG going around and I took a look, it looks pretty good. Available in CD and DVD, too, that's always snazzy.
The closing screen for the demo of 1998 game, Baldur's Gate. "Immerse yourself in the 1998 Roleplaying Game of the Year." The photo shows the box contents: a quick reference card, a game manual, a map of Baldur's gate, and five CDs (or one DVD for the DVD edition). At the bottom, it reads: "Call 1-800 INTERPLAY to order by credit card and mention code BGE3, or visit your favorite game software retailer. Visit the website at www.interplay.com/bgate"

Explore the ocean floor eight minutes at a time, exploring currents of different colors while searching for clues written in the long lost Dolphin language. Decode the messages, solve the mystery, and you could be rewarded with a trip to Hawaii! This is The Dolphin's Rune (C64). (Source.)
A dark blue screen, with little white bubbles floating up. Screen left, a blue dolphin swims. In the middle of a screen, a shark hunts fish, while screen right, a red splotch (coral?) awaits the dolphin if they keep swimming right.

#LogLoads64 Karate Champ This arcade game was almost mythical BITD, the artwork was brilliant and it stood tall, alone, on its own pillar. And it had TWO joysticks per player! How they thought they could replicate this on the #C64 is anyone's guess. And they failed. Miserably. This is utter dog do.
This sets out expectations rather well... It is terrible.
