Anyway I hadn't heard anyone talking about this, so I guess I'm gonna talk about it. Spread the word if you're thinking about doing an nsfw KS project, Stripe apparently might pull your funding at literally any step of the process, with zero warning!

the "myth of consensual sex" meme, remade. Entitled, "The myth of artistic freedom," It shows a man and a woman lying together, mostly naked, with speech bubbles that say "I want to draw it" and "I want to see it," and next to them are the Mastercard and Visa logos with a speech bubble that reads "I don't!" Bottom text says, "Isn't there some random payment processor you forgot to ask?"

So, I know no one cares (specially now that I've been away from the fandom a good while) but I am thinking on either deleting or AT LEAST privating all of my fics again... I've had enough trying to fight against impostor sindrome with fics of thousands of views but less than 10% kudos...

The kids don't have barbie dot com or club penguin or neopets anymore and that's the biggest problem like there's no third places for kids online or out in the world so they just mingle with adults and the answer shouldn't be to sanitize adult spaces

OpenAI claims companies must opt-out of having their copyrighted characters & content appear in Sora Legal experts say studios have grounds to sue: “They’re setting up this false bargain where they can do this unless you opt out. And if you don’t, it’s your fault. That’s not the way the law works"

When typical Fanfiction writers and Fan Artists use copyrighted characters without *express* *permission* they are in violation of Copyright when they do so. If they are taken to court they can likely argue Fair Use as a defense (and likely win) Sora can’t argue “Fair Use” because it’s not.

Panel 2: Once discovered, SQQ gets shy while LBH is glaring at the camera for ruining their alone time.

Demons, but really handsome ones! Read the alt text if you need to understand the pictures. They’re all references to various scenes in the film. #tgcf #svsss #mdzs

Main pic: Xie Lian, Shen Qingqiu, and Lan Wangji are reacting to the red-blacks Soda Pop dance. XL is enamored, SQQ is blushing but going OOC, and LWJ is supporting very passionately but his face says otherwise.

On the top right, we have AbBei (Mobei Jun as Abby) forcing Shang Qinghua to take his abs signature. SQH is terrified but is saying wow out of fear.

Bottom right: San Lang and Black Water He Xuan are judging you. (Based off a reaction pic)

Bottom center: Tianlang-Jun wants to steal your soul with his snake nephew in the background.

Bottom left: Wei Wuxian guzzling down Tianzi Xiao wine like Runi did with that kimbap.

you have to be PRO- "sexual gratification" in media. you have to be pro "sexual gratification" PERIOD. they are using it as a wedge issue RIGHT NOW. it is WEIRDER and a bigger violation of autonomy and consent that people try to police your own gratification, than whatever stuff you get off to.
