My main complaint about the office is that I feel too perceived too much and too often despite not sitting directly next to anyone. lol. Keeping myself going by bringing in a little deco (coasters in photo) and my thumb mug to stay caffeinated. Little things.

Since I deleted Meta, I’ve mainly been keeping up with news via podcasts and #feeeed app (RSS reader-highly recommend). Feeling overwhelmed by the news has been lessened since I can choose my sources and topic. You can roll up BSKY, Reddit, and other sources too. Food blogs without a gazillion ads!

It's official: my IG and FB are both scheduled for permanent deletion. I am also exploring Mastodon and Substack as other social media options since those feeds are also much more pleasant than anything Meta. It was a relief to get Zuck's crapps off my phone in January to start.
