ChatGPT web's scheduled runs are done well. a subagent does research then gives updates to an existing chat session. I have a daily check for updates to the potential LZ dark matter detection. most of the physics is beyond me, so keeping the same discussion thread of explanations going helps a lot.

LLMs are a lot like viruses. viruses aren't alive, but when running in a cell can act on their environment, like models run on a GPU. model weights store information but are inert like a viral genome, each running copy nearly identical. we also arbitrarily drew a line to say viruses aren't alive.

this workflow is turning out extremely well. having an LLM layer to mediate your written requests to the actual prompts for getting work done is fantastic. with a few skill-based rules for requirements, validation, and final testing it's like multiplying what you can get done with every keystroke.
