Over a decade ago, I was able to break into software engineering and game development thanks to Darío's mentorship & friendship, and now I have a career as an engineer on AAA games. Darío KNOWS his stuff and this is SUCH a refreshing and accurate take. We need to reject AI slop vibe coded garbage.

the last ~4 weeks of surgery recovery has been horrendous physically and mentally, but as of today, I'm finally back to work in person, so I can start getting back into my normal routine. very hopeful things will start returning to normal! today was already a lot better.

I've been working very, very hard these last few months pushing for real answers as to why I'm chronically ill. Turns out my body really, really, REALLY fucking hates yeast. Which I've been eating every day for decades. Woof. I'm happy to know now, but dude, actually AVOIDING yeast is a NIGHTMARE.
