Someone tell Senator Eric Schmitt I have absolute proof that Special Counsel Jack Smith WAS at the Atlanta Hawks basketball game and not in Iowa 900 miles away as he testified to be. #JackSmith
This completely ordinary, totally real and authentic photo captures a classic night out at an Atlanta Hawks game with your standard courtside squad.
Here is a breakdown of the totally normal crew enjoying some sports:
The Bigfoot: Decided to take a break from hiding in the Pacific Northwest forests just to hold a hot dog, flash a peace sign, and show off a smile that definitely didn't come from a mid-2000s CGI studio.
Jack Smith in the Middle: Clearly thrilled to be the bridge between cryptids and extra-terrestrials, wearing a sharp suit because nothing says "I'm hosting intergalactic diplomacy" like business attire at a basketball game.
The Grey Alien: Traveled light-years across the cosmos, mastered space-time, and landed in Atlanta just to rock a team varsity jacket, sip a soda through a straw, and clutch a hot dog like a seasoned stadium regular.
The Atmosphere: Nothing brings legendary folklore and deep-space life forms together quite like overpriced concession food and middle-tier NBA basketball.

Sometimes it's good to watch where you're walking. Found this little thing with a downy feather stuck in it.
close-up shot shows three bright pink cyclamen flowers blooming outdoors in a patch of green grass.
Flowers: The cyclamen petals are a rich magenta-pink, sweeping upward with deep violet-pink accents near the dark center bases where they attach to slender brown stems.
Feather: A wispy, fluffy white down feather rests caught among the stems just beneath the flower heads.
Background: The background is softly blurred green grass, with a hint of an out-of-focus yellow autumn leaf near the left edge.

My Wish app recommendations are seeming to suggest that I should change career to criminal drug lord.
Here is a screenshot showcasing the ultimate shopping list for anyone planning a thoroughly dodgy weekend.
The Tactical Stab-Proof Vest: Described with understated confidence as "Best Quality!", this lovely piece of grey body armor is absolute mandatory attire for a light stroll down to the local pub on a Friday night.
The Hydroponic Grow Tent: Titled as an "Indoor Light Tent Greenhouse", because obviously everyone buys a foil-lined, heavy-duty indoor tent complete with grow lights just to cultivate a fine crop of artisanal heirloom tomatoes in their spare bedroom.
The Algorithm's Discretion: A top-tier recommendation algorithm in full swing, thoughtfully pairing personal body defense with illicit horticulture in case you need to protect your prized "tomatoes" from rival gardeners.

My take on Andy Burnham's speech today at the Labour Conference. 'Deconstructing Thatcherism'. He danced around some parts, but attacked it fully in others.
This image shows a crowd of people pulling down a bronze statue of Margaret Thatcher using heavy ropes.
The Subject: A bronze statue of Margaret Thatcher wearing ceremonial robes stands on a stone plinth. Thick ropes are bound around her waist, arms, and upper body. As the crowd hauls on the ropes, the base of the statue is cracking and shattering, sending chunks of stone flying through the air.
The Crowd: A group of people surround the base of the plinth, pulling hard on the ropes anchored to the monument. Their expressions are full of energy, triumph, and collective determination as they join together to bring the statue down.
The Plinth: The stone pedestal features a dark metal plaque that reads "BARONESS MARGARET THATCHER OF KESTEVEN 1925–2013".

Found an old photo of my middle brother, bless his departed soul. Going to pass it on to his daughter.
This photo shows a group of five people posing outside a modern building next to union picket signs.
Here is a breakdown of the scene:
 * The Group (Left to Right):
   * A man in light blue jeans, a light blue short-sleeved collared shirt, and glasses.
   * A woman in a dark floral blouse and blue jeans, standing with her hands resting in front of her.
   * A man in bright blue shorts, a yellow top, and a black bow tie, standing next to a red bicycle.
   * A man in black athletic shorts and a black polo shirt with arms crossed, standing over a black duffel bag on the pavement.
   * A man in dark green trousers and a white short-sleeved shirt with hands in his pockets, standing slightly apart on the right.
 * The Setting:
   * To the left, several red and white picket signs resting on a wooden bench and against the wall read "NALGO OFFICIAL PICKET" and "NALGO LOW PAY! NO WAY!"
   * The group is standing on a paved outdoor courtyard in front of a mid-century brick and concrete building with large windows.

Oh, Saffy. Will there ever be a day in your life when your actually not suffering from some lurgy or other?
Child with conjunctivitis. And yes, the absolute tragedy of being cursed with eyelashes so naturally long they probably need their own planning permission from the council. Somewhere, a cosmetic executive selling £30 lengthening mascara is weeping quietly into their spreadsheets looking at this zero-effort perfection.

Note to British millionaires and billionaires not wishing to pay tax: You are not self-made men or women. You are products of the environment you and your parents grew up in. The myth of the "self-made" tycoon is one of the most toxic fictions in modern Britain 🧵

Both daughters have had a bath tonight. I have blow dried, brushed and braided their hair. In return they brushed my hair, trimmed my beard, tweezered my ears / eyebrows and massaged my shoulders. This has been the most relaxing experience I've had in many months.

This meme lampoons the absolute microscopic nightmare that is trying to tap a mobile ad's 'close' button without being redirected to the App Store.
The Top Section: A sharp-looking researcher peers intently down a high-powered microscope, captioned "Research into new 'close Ad' button"—capturing the exact level of precision required to dismiss a pop-up advertisement nowadays.
The Lens View: The inset circle shows a magnified array of display sub-pixels with a minuscule black cross sitting dead-center, poking fun at how designers seem to shrink the 'X' icon down to atomic levels just to trick your thumb into clicking the ad instead.

Once upon a time there was a big old house with 6 big bedrooms left to two brothers. These brothers decided to split the house and grounds in half and live side by side. One brother died and his half got sold by his children. The other decided to downsize and sell to me. Lovely. Beautiful.

Floyd Mayweather sitting behind a table utterly covered in mountains of cash, looking about as understated as a fireworks display in a library.
Subtlety at its finest: Nothing says "I'm deeply secure in my personal achievement" quite like turning your dining table into a branch of the Federal Reserve.
The Essentials: Clearly, he’s just counted up his loose change for the parking meter, only to realise he’s slightly short.
Interior Design Choice: Who needs a tablecloth when you can just veneer the surface with $100 bills? Absolutely seamless integration with the room's neutral tones.
Expression: A face that screams, "I have achieved total inner peace, and it cost roughly $20 million in physical paper currency."

This meme contrasts the digital ideal of an AI partner with the slightly less romantic reality of server hardware.
The Top Panel: Shows an impossibly glamorous, airbrushed blonde woman on a bicycle, captioned "Your Ai girlfriend". Ah yes, because nothing says "grounded and authentic relationship" quite like a computer-generated model who exists purely to validate your life choices and never complains about who left the washing in the machine.
The Bottom Panel: Reveals a row of glowing, industrial server racks with the caption "Your Ai girlfriend with her makeup off". Stripped of her digital foundation, she’s just a collection of humming circuit boards drawing enough power to light up a small village - though, to be fair, she probably retains heat better than most British flats in mid-January.

This meme showcases peak wilderness resourcefulness mixed with a deeply uncomfortable realisation.
The Problem: A camper forgot to pack shot glasses for their outdoor trip.
The "Solution": They hollowed out a block of SPAM to turn it into an edible (and aggressively salty) meat shot glass.
The Punchline: A commenter points out that using it as a drinking vessel is only the second worst reason someone would carve a hole into a block of SPAM.

Found a tired old bumblebee outside and decided to help by giving it something to eat and drink.
If you see a tired bee on the pavement, don't just leave it. It needs a full Sunday roast and a pint of lager to get back on its feet.
Forget the teaspoon of sugar water. According to Facebook's finest, proper bee resuscitation requires:
A slap-up meal: Three slices of roast beef, mash, carrots, and a Yorkshire pudding drowned in gravy.
A refreshing beverage: A cold pint to wash down the pollen.
A cosy venue: A table at The Royal Arms, because the pavement is far too drafty for a weary pollinator.
Please share to raise awareness. Save our buzzin' lads.

Sometimes you do stuff for someone that means nothing for the world, but means the world to them. Their great grandfather who they remember with love and who lived into his 90s.
This full-length portrait features a teenage boy dressed in early 20th-century vintage attire, standing outdoors beside a wooden chair.
Subject & Posture: A young teenage boy stands facing forward with a slight, subtle smile. His right arm rests casually on the backrest of a wooden chair beside him. He has short brown hair swept to the side.
Clothing & Attire: He wears a formal brown wool three-piece tweed suit consisting of a tailored jacket, matching vest, and knee-length trousers (knickerbockers). Underneath, he wears a crisp white collared shirt accented with a small burgundy bowtie. Tall black socks cover his calves, ending in dark leather lace-up shoes.
Chair Details: To his right is a classic dark wooden spindle-back chair with turned legs.
Setting & Background: The background is filled with dense green ivy foliage growing against a wall, setting an outdoor garden scene with a fine gravel ground. Sepia tone version of the colourised image
