It's very easy to say, "just take a shot on your phone", but try getting studio quality food photos in your takeaway for your leaflets. Then they'd have to do their kebabs, chips, battered cod, mushy peas, etc. These days they don't have the money for stock images. Doing it cheap as chips these days

I remember a case where UK police officers arrested and held a guy on remand for 2 months for seriously assaulting 3 women at a pub, before they came to me with CCTV for height analysis. After half an hour looking at CCTV of the night and custody videos, I phoned them saying they'd got the wrong man

Was filthing up a shop bought pizza for my son earlier. Basically a margherita pizza - discounted to £2 - converted to a pepperoni hot with extra mozzarella and herbs, until cooked.

Eggs from fridge. Put them in warm water not boiling until reaches water temperature. Temp difference between 3°c and 100? Big. Shell cracks. Warm egg around 30°c? Not so big. No crack. Boiling water. Eggs in. 5min 30 sec. Time goes off, run under cold water 30sec to stop cooking. Perfect dippy egg.

She can 'boil' an egg but time runs different for her. She doesnt understand why her eggs crack or go hard-boiled when she wants dippy eggs.
