A new study on #publichealth responses to #heatwaves that I was fortunate to work on. There's been limited capacity for community engagement / action to reduce health harms among marginalized populations. It highlights a need for sustained public health funding and upstream policy reforms.

In Saskatchewan, the EV tax is a yearly $300, purportedly to go towards road repairs. Considering the road miles of the typical EV are almost exclusively urban, I would love to know how much the provincial government is transferring to the cities where so many EVs have their registration postal code
