Interesting. I think I understand what they're doing with the separate readers, but it looks to me like trying to fix something that isn't broken. Never had a prob w/Planer or Briggs just reading the footnotes. I only have one of the new ones, to see how they are. I think I hv all the old ones.

My dog just chewed 1 ring holding a strap of the sling I have to wear. Totally my fault, because it was sweaty & I left it in her reach. (Having to wear sling because she dislocated my shoulder when she took off after a cat I didn't see. I'd had her a wk, didn't know she was Like That With Cats.)

I spun a mile of fine wool yarn in a day on an antique Canadian spinning wheel. In 10 hrs, actually, which is ok for a modern handspinner, I guess. I could only manage a kilometer of cotton the next day, though.
