Have you tried just baking batter in dollops on a pan? The cookies for whoopie pies, black & white cookies and such are just cake batter baked in dollops. If you wanted them a little firmer you could prob just add flour until the batter starts to resemble cookie dough, but you wouldn’t need much.

Free NFL halftime show idea: the Normal People Bowl. Recruit 22 people ages 30-50 who meet minimal physical requirements for safety but are otherwise as physically average as possible. Coach them up to play a single series in full pads, film it like a normal game. Make sure they sign waivers.
