Silent Hill: Townfall (2026, PC, PS5) I post a lot of older games on here but I am absolutely not above enjoying some beautiful modern plants, especially from horror games! These were sent in by @newvgadvisor.bsky.social , one of the best accounts on here imho!

And I won't overwhelm you with too many games, but something that REALLY fucks and is criminally overlooked? ChainStaff! Very awesome run'n'gun kinda game with astonishing visuals, the whole idea seems to be "What if Roger Dean album covers were playable levels?" and it's absurdly cool.

ChainStaff on Steam

ChainStaff is a brutal action-platformer with a transforming spear and grappling hook, blazing weapon upgrades, and a rocking soundtrack. Aliens have attached to your head! Swing, shoot, and spear you...

Having entered the World Warrior Tournament to put his martial prowess to the test, Hong Kong film star Fei Long travels to the United Kingdom to face Cammy White, a former child soldier pressganged into serving Capital. Tossed from a high place to her to certain death, she tumbles into oblivion, like the crumbled empire she serves. Gorgeous view, though.

I got something for you on this #ScanlineSunday. It's Pocket Racers on PSP. Miniature car combat, which obviously got it compared to Micro Machines, but it's more like a worse Re-Volt You race to save your soul, after that guy from Hatred turns you into toy cars. Konami used to make weird stuff

You can’t even comprehend how important Eien ni Hen’s work is to the fan translation community. Romancing SaGa, Fire Emblem, Sakura Wars, Tear Ring Saga, Glory of Heracles, Dragon Force II, Dark Half, Beyond Oasis, Psi-O-Blade, Arabian Nights, and so much more. What a loss. Rest in peace.
