I'd be happy to give you a confident diagnosis in the same way the LLM does, but unlike the LLM I have professional standards. If I don't know what's wrong with you, I'm going to tell you that. If the LLM doesn't know what's wrong with you, it still gives you an answer. That's not a good thing.

I hate to break it to you, but just because an LLM gives you an answer confidently doesn't mean it's actually correct. In fact, it's the "confidently wrong" issue that makes LLMs so dangerous.

Just thinking back to 2002 when I had a BMI of 18.8, having gained 10 lbs as a young adult, and thought I was FAT. Which wasn't helped by me going to the mall to find some clothes and not able to find anything. They kept bringing me items & nothing fit. I left sobbing. Let's not go back there, k?
