I know this is not helping, but I feel with you. I've been in support limbo with Uber for half a year until I gave up, and with TikTok after 9 months the same. I know similar cases of Apple and Amazon. Big corporations suck, but their support sucks even more, and there's no end in sight.

Guys, if you aren't already supporting the Internet Archive, please consider doing so. They are way more than just the Wayback Machine. They have a massive library of texts, audio, films, video games, and more media available. I'm downloading the 1933 OED right now as pdfs. It's insane.

Omigod, this is the most heartwarming story possible! Backpack (bear 89) is the son of the 2019 winner of Fat Bear Week, Holly (bear 435). In 2007, he injured his foot & a practice of riding on momma's Holly's back had a new meaning: he was mobility-restricted while it healed. So Holly moved him.

From DISCVR blog's Facebook page, a momma bear & a yearling cub on her back in the shallow water. I think the background has been swapped out, and I can't rule out some AI use there? God, Facebook has become the social media for AI slop : (

Yes, we have a chronic issue of blocked overtake lanes with like 5-10mph below the limit, with space on the main lane, and we only allow overtaking on the left lane. It's annoying because we could have objectively better flow on our freeways.

Book 1 is a wild ride. Book 2 is something different. The first 70% are absolutely insane, you dont know where what why when, it is riddled with time, people and PoV (2nd/3rd) changes, while you understand what you read, you dont know what to know or believe. I am really confused why I loved it.

A lot of these indie titles featured in these shows barely have any sauce to them. They look very samey choreslop, most forgetful experiences you'll have after 2-weeks to a month of playing and getting bored or completing them. I feel like the cooler games are all on random Bluesky announcements
