When it comes to "spicy" scenes in romance/romantasy books, I vastly prefer it when the writing focuses on emotions and sensations, and not detailed clinical descriptions of the act. I want to know how the characters are FEELING in the moment, not every specific feature of the male lead's dick.

I just finished the first "Run With the Hunted" book by @authorizedmusings.bsky.social, and it was everything I was hoping it would be from the Kobo preview, plus more! Bristol has definitely taken the early lead as my favorite character in the series so far. So yeah, safe to say I liked it a lot.
