I've always been curious about how well these self-heating meals work. Let's see how this goes 🤔

Tried to pick the games that shaped me fairly early on but I feel like I'm constantly getting shaped by new games, they really have become one of the most influential forms of media in my life. Still I'd say this lot had a damn strong impact.

CALLING MY GAMER MOOTS!!! I need your help. Please can you give examples of moments in games when an ally or friend or anyone important to the main characters got turned into an enemy and you were forced to fight them, and what made that moment impactful for you.

Ok I've got most of the random thoughts out of my system (for now) and can give my official recommendation. Onimusha: Way Of The Sword is a great game, I had a lot of fun playing it and I think that it is a good addition to the Onimusha series. store.steampowered.com/app/2638890/...

I think I may have a particular topic I want to write about regarding Onimusha: Way Of The Sword and I am still figuring out my full thoughts on the game as a whole (particularly regarding the story), but right now I have random observations I need to shout out to the void. Enjoy 😁

One thing I was going to say about the new Onimusha is that the loading times are pretty good, haven't really had to wait around between cutscenes or when fast travelling. Until now. ... It's been nearly 15 minutes 😑

Angela M McCann @anmanarrative.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

So I feel obligated to give these particular genma a bit of spotlight because their introduction instantly triggered three thoughts to run through my head simultaneously. 1) Oh fuck they're cool. 2) Oh fuck they're hot. 3) Oh fuck they're fast. ... yeah definitely got distracted there 😅

I hate how the railcard company sends me emails saying things like "See how much you could save with a new card!" I'd love a new railcard but I'm too old for the regular card, too young for the senior card and too alone for the two together card. Either make a card for over 30s or stop taunting me!

I didn't realise how much I needed someone to adapt Wuthering Heights as a horror film until I saw this. It's a gothic novel about terrible people doing terrible things to each other, I don't know why other adaptations keep treating it like some grand romance. youtu.be/vrlRX-d2Ulw?...

There's a special kind of frustration when you're struggling to beat a game boss so you keep going at it, trying different strategies, experimenting with different equipment until you finally get them down to zero health... only to learn they have a second phase.

I'm late talking about this as I haven't been online the past few days but I am utterly devastated to hear that we have lost Tim Curry. If there's any actor who defined my childhood it's him, he and his voice were absolutely everywhere in the shows and films I watched. RIP you absolute legend 😭😭😭

I've mentioned before that I'm more of a casual Silent Hill fan, I've only really delved into the series within the past few years, but even I know about this infamous saga. The fact this dude is still going is... almost impressive. Like that's some dedication right there.

Editing goblin still seems to be absent. I'm actually workshopping some old pieces that have lingered for a while. Some of them might be going straight onto itch and some of them will be shopped arround; at least one of them MIGHT get converted into a visual novel. Productivity is happening.
