Very reasonable points. I'm not sure why people are finding issue with the second point. Google now sucks ass. Even with udm=14 it won't obey all the search modifiers and AI websites now dominate the top results. Other search engines are still worse unfortunately. Gotta work with what you have

I switched to Vivaldi. It pains me to still be in the Chromium ecosystem but the customisation, the better RAM usage, the similar sync as Chrome is all a huge draw. I've used Firefox as a backup but the sync is terrible and the mobile app is pretty bad

I use Chrome for convenience since it has consistently better sync than Firefox in my experience but the Android app just made Gemini a permanent fixture and I'm going to have an aneurysm. It's taking up so much space as a permanent bar. These people are genuinely evil
