Any other ADHDers have a Burning Hatred of the phrases “if it was important to you, you’d have remembered it”, and in tandem “it must not have been all that important if you forgot it”?
Like, dude, my life is run by reminders because I WILL forget all kinds of shit, but remember useless drivel.
