Many years ago, the DoD explicitly allowed Facebook to be accessed from government computers at work. Since then, the ability to get to FB or other sites has varied wildly. This morning, it appears they have blocked the reCAPTCHA tool, effectively blocking access to FB. Your tax dollars at work.
