Reported draft deal is multiple stages, initially w/ 34 hostages released for temporary cf and partial withdrawal. Given Bibi and Hamas positions, shouldn’t expect cf to last beyond 1st stage. Effectively condemns 60+ Israeli and US hostages to death and leaves Palestinian civilians in danger.
