Auf ~500 Tsd. Hektar werden 5% der Fahrleistung "angebaut" (Raps>Biodiesel>Pkw). ~150 Tsd. Hektar PV-Freifläche reichen eigentlich für 100% Fahrleistung (bilanziell vereinfacht, aber wahr). Günstigere Energiewende? Geht mit PV nicht zu schnell, sondern mit E-Mob zu langsam.

I didn't expect this, but a Polish TSO is - afaik - the first in the EU to offer a dynamic network tariff for residential customers. Opt-in, consisting of 4 price zones during the day, set daily by the Energy Compass of PSE (the Polish TSO).

Update on the implemented and planned measures to ease grid congestion in the Netherlands. The Dutch regulator (ACM) even allows for experimenting with solutions that are not operational yet. That requires individual application and reporting. Experience helps with the final design. www.acm.nl/nl
