Well I'm only 3 months in. It's pg/ml. I'm not trying to go fast with anything these days. I like taking time to adjust. The reference range for the specific method used shows 44pg/ml is high for cis guys, and my value is not low for cis women. I'll just keep building from there at my own pace.

One for the trans girls. If you're willing to chat about it. What hrt regimen have you been put on or have gone on? Here in the UK I've been denied a T blocker and I'm in considerable stress over it. My endo is prescribing only 2mg gel daily (all my progress has been on pills). I've upped to 4mg..

My testosterone is actually still in some limbo, but my estradiol was "high" at 57. I have a mood disorder. I'm getting HRT under an informed consent model, and all my care is at the same agency so they coordinate. The idea is I need to go a little slower to ensure stability. Which I am on board w/

50mg Spiro (morning And evening) and 2mg estradiol as a pill. My provider prefers to start with spiro but was fine letting me start estrogen then too. I just finished 3 months, and switched from the gender clinic to my GP. We are thinking about adding prog now as well, I just have a lot going on.

Having trauma & loving someone with trauma is difficult. Especially when you cope & struggle in different ways. But the reward is showing someone the love that you have lacked & craved for your entire life. Supporting them in ways that you were failed. Staying during times where you were left.

I took so long b/c I was indoctrinated that being trans was a medical phenomenon w/medical solutions, rather than a holistic issue of self-determination & pursuit of joy. So I was forever looking for some arbitrary "clinical dysphoria" in myself instead of observing what sapped or fed my soul.
