"segget csinál a szájából" ("making an arse of one's mouth", to spout shite) is fairly easy to decode, unlike "a béka segge alatt van" ("[something] is under the frog's arse"), which means it's really bad, or more specifically something that is best to be high is really low, like morale or quality

there are many more arse-related idioms btw like "egy seggel két lovat nem lehet megülni" ("you can't ride two horses with one arse") or "zabszem van a seggében" ("they've got a grain of oat in their arse", meaning they can't sit still)
