3 Oct 2026. Will you *look* at this so-called innocent face. Miss Harley Quinn was caught out om-nom-nomming on a tender plant. Her explanation? Cat’s gonna cat: I no do it, mum. I’m innocent as the rain. I am so pretty. See how pretty I am? When’s dinner? Oh yes, and I’m so pretty. The plant’s fine. Did I say that out loud? Pretty. Me.

I followed the crickets' song and found my youth in the middle of an abandoned field off county road 9. It was right where I'd left it— under the old oak tree, next to the old book. I picked it up, dusted it off and skipped back to the car.
