I got the sweetest comment today. Ao3 user Zgirlwolf, may your pillow always be cool on both sides, may your food always be flavourful and nourishing. 💓💓💓

Comment: Wow. I'm speechless. I really love this fic. While others may have some complaints about the apparent dubcon I think it was a very real portrayal of how things were done long ago. I was so glad you didn't turn jk into some evil character to explain what he did. He did really love Jimin although that does not detract from the terror Jimin felt that night. This was literally a piece of art and so very realistic. Something terrible is done but there is no villain. Such is life sometimes

Shoutout to the writers whose fics don't show up on recs/favorites lists, and who don't get much hype on social media. Popularity is not a measure of a story's worth, and every story you write should be celebrated, because the story means you were moved enough by an idea to write it into existence.

what’s your fic author starter pack? what are 4 fics (or fewer) that you’d tell people to read if they want to get to know you as a fic author? Ignore hits/kudos - simple vibes. archiveofourown.org/works/438790... archiveofourown.org/works/53171209 archiveofourown.org/works/514918... Continued/
