Here is how I get out of Youtube copyright claims. I use this general format and it works 98% of the time, I swear (just, y'know, make sure you ain't lying and the video *is* Fair Use, and personalize the dispute to be specific to that video.) ✨You're welcome!✨

_______________CLIPS USED FOR EXAMPLES/SUPPORTING THESIS___________________

I believe this claim was made in error.

One of the primary topics of this educational/entertainment video is ___________. This is an original production and transformative work that contains a short clip of the claimed material in question as an example/demonstration of the topic I would like to clarify that this is not a replacement, nor can it be used as a replacement, for any media a viewer may own. Not only is the copyrighted content marred by audio commentary from the hosts, but it is also hugely truncated. We are within our legal right to present this material as an example to support our thesis in this transformative work.

For further proof and information on Fair Use, please refer to: https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf

Please have someone manually review this content, thank you!

_____________________CLIPS USED FOR REVIEW__________________________

I believe this claim was made in error.

This is an in-depth review of the (film/game/etc) ________. It is an original production and transformative work that contains short clips of the claimed material in question, though they are out of order, often without sound, or spoken over by my own commentary. I would like to emphasize and clarify that this is NOT a replacement, nor can it be used as a replacement, for any media a viewer may own. We are within our legal right to present this material in order to review the film.

For further proof and information on Fair Use, please refer to: https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf

Please have someone manually review this content, thank you!

____________________________REACTION VIDEO____________________________

I believe this claim was made in error.

This is an original production and transformative work featuring reactions to the claimed material in question. I would like to clarify that this is not a replacement, nor can it be used as a replacement, for any media a viewer may own, as the copyrighted content is marred by constant audio commentary from the hosts. We are within our legal right to present this material as reaction content.

For further proof and information on Fair Use, please refer to: https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf

Please have someone manually review this content, thank you!

___________________CLAIMANT DOESN'T OWN IT (Game music)_______________________

I believe this claim was made in error.

The claimant does not own the copyright for this material. The song claimed was composed by _______ for the videogame ________.

In addition to this claimant not being the owner of this material, I would also like to point out that this is an original production and transformative work that features this song as part of my normal gameplay experience. I would like to clarify that this is not a replacement, nor can it be used as a replacement, for any media a viewer may own, as the copyrighted content is marred by constant audio commentary from the hosts, as well as in-game sound effects. I am within my legal right to use this material.

For further proof and information on Fair Use, please refer to: https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf

Please have someone manually review this content, thank you!

Alright, then. Lemme just jump into my time machine, learn that engine and slide back here. This is dang ridiculous to demand 2+ years of experience at something that was announced 2 days ago. No wonder people can't find a workplace #games #gameindustry #linkedin #backtothefuture

Hey there, @dachsjaeger.bsky.social ! You should check out the game called Tackle for Loss from your fellow Berliner solo indie dev Indiffirent Penguin, he could really use a support cause he's sold not that many copies, maybe some spotlight will help.

Throw tomatoes at me, but I think the industry should get back to separate accelerator cards so they would calculate all those upscalers, frame generators and ray reconstructions. It would solve the deficit, make the prices lower and would benefit the overall performance.

Germany sends troops to Greenland to show they mean business to Trump. 13 soldiers. Unless they're bulletproof ubersoldaten I don't think that'll cause any other reaction than a laugh from a Trump administration.

My 64 year old mom has a daily habit of watching and listening to AI slop, tarot "specialists", astrologers, various guru and coaches and I deem this horrible. She says it calms her down, but in reality it makes her paranoid and dumb because she doesn't even try to check that information.
