Just because a man is in college why should he have any advantage? This is the new rape guideline under Trump. When Democrats get back power Title IX has to change. Why are rapes in college not investigated as crimes? Just the fact that they aren’t gives men the illusion of privilege.

So the rule is, if you are male and get roaring drunk, you wake up safe in your bed with a headache. If you're a woman and you get roaring drunk, you wake up tied to a bed being gang-raped and having your body sold on the internet. That 50% of America thinks this is justice is horrifying.

If a man is drunk and I steal his keys, can I rob his house legally? Many will likely say this is absurd. Then why the carve-out for women and the carve-out for rape? Because too many men still view rape as "getting lucky." Too many men consider women to be non-human property, to be used at will.

They are saying that being drunk, an act that men do all the time, is de jure consent to be raped. That being unable to consent is consent. Does that mean if you steal a man's wallet while he's drunk you can keep the money? That any crime you choose to commit against a drunken man is legal?

The penal code excludes someone who was willingly intoxicated from being able to pursue rape charges against their assailant. Jane Doe was allegedly drunk of her own volition the night of her attack so, to put it bluntly: The New York State Penal Code says a crime did not happen.

What a lie. Some of these people are being imprisoned indefinitely in squalid condition in African prisons. Others report being beaten and arbitrarily deported in violation of international law back to their home countries, where they face persecution or torture.

The indefinite nature of their confinement has taken a severe toll. In October 2025, a Cuban man who was on the July flight went on a hunger strike for a month-until he started showing signs of organ failure —to protest the conditions of his detention, including his ongoing confinement and lack of access to legal counsel.
Terrified of being imprisoned in Eswatini forever, another man repeatedly told his attorney that the prison there never lets people go. One man told his attorney that he feels like a caged animal with no end in sight. The prison does not have air conditioning, making the hot, humid summer months especially uncomfortable for the men.
Food is insufficient, medication is scarce, and requests often go unmet or are belatedly met.
