I love how the "moral imperative" never has anything to do with morality. The Dem and GOP candidate both say they're pro-genocide, while the Green candidate gets arrested for opposing genocide? Somehow the "moral imperative" still says "side with the Dems" rather than "oppose genocide."

Isn't it? As of 2021, once you fall below that third quintile the percentage of income that renters have to direct towards rent starts climbing steeply. Costs are trending in a similar direction for homeowners though not quite as severely.
