We could allow this citywide, for rental and non market ownership in our R1 plex zones.

Automated Speed Enforcement (aka photo radar) was a proven deterrent to speeding in school zones. Since the Province took it away, speeding has heavily increased, putting our kids in #CollegeWard and across the city at risk.

People blame “greedy landlords!” but they’re just responding to conditions that we create. Limiting housing below demand makes neighbourhoods/cities more exclusive, period. One project on its own doesn’t matter, but when it’s a pattern, yes.
