Damn, kids TV (not just in the UK) really is looking as dead as a doornail. Remember back when both these channels had a huge variety of new series?

As much as I looove NYAV Post's stuff it's so cool for the older fans to see the Canadian Ocean cast returning for this. I bet Matt Hill, Sam Vincent and Matthew Erickson are over the moon getting to voice these characters again after so long.

Sad to hear another dubbing/recording studio closing down: Salami Studios who did the dub for Cyberpunk Edgerunners, the prior dub for Prince of Tennis as well as countless cartoons and video games. They've done some tremendous work across the industry and will be missed by many.

I've seen VHS and DVD a ton, lots of Blu-Rays and even Betamax and HD-DVD but never in my life had I seen a laserdisc in person until last week. Game store had a whole bunch of them and although I don't have a laserdisc player it was still a lot of fun checking them out.

Devastating news to wake up to this morning. Mike McFarland - a man who had such a natural talent when it came to voice directing dubs including big fan-favourite shows and the numerous voice roles he had over the years. May he rest in peace and thanks for all the wonderful work you've done Mike.

For the first Pokemon anime movie since 2020 (and the first without OLM involved), this definitely looks like such an interesting breath of fresh air. If it captures similar enough vibes to Yu-Gi-Oh, then I'm sold! Also Mimikyu! Such an adorable little fella.
