Recently, I asked students to write about what mathematics IS and how it makes them FEEL. Then, we looked at folks anonymous responses and students wrote down their noticings and wonderings. Most remarked on the overwhelming negative feelings, but some of the very interesting things that it is. #♾️

Maybe I am ridiculous, but I think #news should be free. I feel like trapping news behind paywalls just serves to further cultural divides and misinformation. Yes, the folks who work to provide the news should get paid and I do not know how to balance that.

Happy holidays to all who celebrate. Enjoying this break from #ITeachMath to recharge with the family. Fun puzzle? Our 🧩 had 1000 pieces, but the 1000th piece was a duplicate of another piece. Life’s reminder that things don’t have to be perfect to be enjoyed!

Dear #webDev, Sometimes, I think I need a job as a website tester. I find some bugs every where I go. This includes critical failures of databases that are supposed to interact and show linking of accounts, but don’t.
