The basic steps of binary search are the following:
Make int values to hold the left and right sides of our search window, starting at the whole array from first to last value
While we still have things to search (our window has more than one element in it), repeat the following steps:
Find the index in the middle of our search window
Look at the value at that index, return the index if it equals the target value
If it isn't the right value, close our window to ignore the half of the window where, because the array is sorted, we are sure the value CANNOT be.
If the loop ends, the value isn't in the set. Return -1.
