Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 21/04/2026Is it me, or is the "mocap" really bad at conveying what we are actually seeing? In the visual simulation, green looks way more on top of the match than they actually are? 140
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 28/03/2026Is this a heavy stubber or something new? Ei. Should I go find a heavy stubber in my bitz box or is this the perfect moment for that ammo-belt fed autogun in the Cadian upgrade sprue? #killteam 161
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 27/03/2026I think I have both bodies and bits to make the whole team. Except the missile launcher. That one I need to figure out what to do with... 000
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 27/03/2026They were originally part of a two-kill team team up. The other part being an Intercession Squad of Astral Claws. (in this household, primaris in mk. X is just what Space Marines have always looked like) #badabwar #killteam 100
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026Some might take a little more work to bring in line than others, but updating these and painting 5 more won't be that big of a deal :) 120
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026They were really fun to make, and I've been looking for an excuse to pick them up again... 130
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026Maybe they need to be tacticooled up a little? Don't know if they'll fit the theme without the coats? 110
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026These were originally meant to be played as Brood Brothers. They were for a Badab war thing that fell through. They are supposed to be Tyrant's Legion PDF forces. But maybe they would be great as the new Spectre Squad? #killteam 1251
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026100%. Or gaunt ghosts, if nothing else. That said, it's a decent looking cadian team. 010
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 26/03/2026Congrats. We whined so much they made the primaris marines uglier. 110

When Khyan of the Eighth Circle found the Armor of Cobar during our campaign I knew it was the perfect excuse to redo my leader. The main body is from a Soulblight Gravelords hero with lots of various Trench Crusade accoutrements added on. 19011

Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 27/01/2026Things I liked: Durin + Elron Hot Adar in season 1 When we all thought Halbran was the wraithking The hobbits in season 1 Weyman's acting Morfydd Clarke in full plate Disa and most of her plot. The orc special effects I don't need a 3rd season tho. 110
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 24/01/2026I guess if you set the bar really low, you don't get dissapointed? :D glad you liked it 100
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 24/01/2026Ok. There's a part of the Elrond + Durin plotline that really got to me as well. But i'll stop in case of spoilers :) 010
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 24/01/2026Except for hot people, the hobbits and their plotline is by far the best thing about the show. I hadn't really thought about it in this Light, but yeah, it fits. 110
Aestas @aestas.bsky.social · 24/01/2026I don't think this is a hot take, but The Knight of the Seven Kingdoms episode 1 is really baffling. It looks good and the acting is stellar, but it misses everything great about both the short stories *and* the original show... also it had no dramatic structure what so ever? It's almost impressive. 110
