I've got a microfiction [love] story out today with Apex! I had a ton of fun writing this one—got to toy with a few "first contact" premises in a short space, and managed to work in the kind of story hard corals pretend not to read. Soft corals, on the other hand... zero shame, those guys.

One of the things I enjoyed most about studying Victorian lit in college was how these people would read each other for filth in the most roundabout ways.
