Just to whack a hot take on top: So many creepy film-makers (especially in horror (especially in the 2000-2015ish era)), realising they can't just be horny weirdos openly anymore, would circumvent that by putting every actress in a semi-revealing, low-cut, thin (usually eventually wet) top instead
