Something that’s really been gnawing at my mind for a while is how much the art community feels scattered. So I think it would be fun to do an #art share at least once a month. Let’s kick it off. Share your art, like and comment on the posts of others, and get more art in your feed!

⚔️🔥CAPTURE QUEST: CHARIZARD🔥⚔️ I have wanted to paint this for over a decade and spent the last year of my life fighting to bring it to the finish line. Please take a look, there is a lot to see

Gargantuan illustration of a charizard redesigned in the style of a monster hunter elder dragon. There are 4 hunters attacking him and their pikapalico is readying a voltorb bomb to throw. There is so much stuff in there, I spent a damn year on this. I'm exhausted.

Minneapolis People's Pride is just over 15% of it's $20k fundraising needs in order to put on a successful event in just over one month from right now. Please consider supporting this event that many people look forward to all year as a community-led Pride event. www.mplspeoplespride.com/donate

I want to thank you again for being a People's Pride supporter. Since we launched our 2026 fundraiser last week, we've received an outpouring of support from our community, and are already past 15% of our goal!
Now is a great time to support our people-powered event. Our team is in the process of selecting vendors, performers, and more to get ready for the big day.
Consider making a gift today to ensure that our celebration is a success!

Help People's Pride
Raise $20,000
Deadline: June 27th!

2026 will likely go down as one of the hardest winters in our city's history. To those of us who spent the last few months caring for our neighbors: patrolling neighborhoods, keeping people fed and housed, committing small and large acts of bravery in the face of fascism, our team is so grateful to be in community with you.
Slowly but surely, our city is warming up again. The excitement, hopes, and dreams of summer are right around the corner, and the Minneapolis People's Pride team is looking forward to celebrating our community's history and culture of resilience & resistance with you.
Planning for People's Pride has been underway for several months. As always we have a full day of celebrations planned for the queer community. We're reaching out today because we need your help to make our June 27th event a success!

Organizing a large event like People's Pride comes with a lot of expenses to ensure a fun, safe, and accessible Pride event. Your generous gift will help support the following:
• Covering event permit fees
• Paying performers at our two music stages
• Providing free food to People's Pride attendees
• Purchasing masks and hiring Deaf
Interpreters so that our event is accessible
• Covering a portion of the fees for tablers and vendors
As a community-based event, we can't make this happen alone. We remain committed to not taking sponsorships so that our event can celebrate the true political nature of the LGBTQIA+ community. That means we're counting on the support of our friends, neighbors, and allies to make this day possible.
After finalizing our budget, we need your help to raise $20,000 to make this year's event a success, so that we can continue to bring you a people-powered pride that celebrates our community's values in these difficult times.

A life update and plead for help Donations will be used to lessen financial burden and dependence on Amanda, but the most needed thing is the biggest ask of all: a new place to call home Please be kind. These have not been easy decisions to make. Thank you

I don't know how or where to start. I guess at the beginning of the end?
In case you missed it, Amanda and I broke up last year. We have a kid together, a 9-year old son who is autistic, nonverbal, and has high support needs. We also moved 1600 miles across the country. So when we broke up, I had nowhere to go. We have tried to live together, but the scenario has been made clear that it's not working out.
For the mental health of everyone, our son included, we have decided that it is time I move out and on. I cannot do this alone.
Due to mine and our child's disabilities, I have not been in the workforce for ~10 years. Amanda has been the sole provider for the family so I could focus on recovery from a back injury/surgery, as well as making sure our child was properly cared for.

I am swallowing every ounce of pride I have and asking for assistance, the biggest of all being a place to live. The location does not matter, provided it's within the states.
I do not have money to offer for rent or utilities, but I have a lot of skills.
I am a decent cook, from vegan to vegetarian to omnivore. I enjoy sorting, so that massive pile of bulk cards you've been neglecting would disappear in no time. I don't mind cleaning (even bathrooms) but do have a daily limit due to a back injury. I am great at managing medication refills and doctor appointments. I do not have a car, but I do have a license and spotless driving record. I actually like grocery shopping! I am a bargain shopper and will scour coupons and deals for everything. I am experienced in caring for disabled children and adults, including autism and dementia. I went through nursing school, but had to drop out during clinical, so I am knowledgeable in first-aid, CPR, and medication administration, including needle injections. I love animals; I need more exercise so I am happy to take a dog, cat, bird, fish, whatever, out for a walk. I can do minimal yard work and gardening due to my aforementioned bad back.

I will be paying for my own food and other necessities, but like I said, I do not have the ability to pay rent or utilities at this time. I will try to obtain employment, but we all know what that market looks like (add on the fact I am trans and disabled - no, I do not qualify for disability), so I do not have a timeline of possibilities there. But in exchange for not being able to financially provide, I am offering everything listed (and probably more).
I have the means in which to move, just in need of a destination.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for your compassion. If all you're able to provide is some kind words of support and a repost to share, even that is greatly appreciated.
If you have the financial means, my gratitude is endless, and you can provide that via my Venmo @CooperLeeF, or through PayPal, which I will give privately via direct message as I do not want my last name shared publicly.

There is no timeline or deadline for this move, it just needs to happen, so please forgive me for bringing it up every once in a while.

I am an introverted and private person, so this is a lot for me to expose and share. If you have reached out, plan to reach out, I ask and thank you for your patience with me. This is an emotional event and I only see my therapist once a week to process.

I'd also like to note that this is not an opportunity to reach out to me or Amanda (or any of her partners) and speak poorly of either of us. We are doing our best to navigate a difficult situation and still respect one another.

Thank you again,
Cooper
