Great to see Wet Legplay a cracking set at yesterday’s Tramlines. They were the first band we saw at a festival post-COVID back in 2021 and it’s been amazing seeing them grow into a proper festival headliner. Tracks off Moisturiser sounding particularly strong.

Wet Leg plus plenty of dry ice on the Tramlines main stage.

There is still a good fringe - though much of this less free than it used to be. Off shortly to Alder and the Shakespeare - both offering free live music and decent beer choices. But yes I miss the madness of the original Tramlines - we shall not see it’s like again I suspect.

Perhaps not Dave. He lived in Sheffield and his partner worked costumes at Sheffield Theatres. I think he used to arbitrate disputes between neighbours. Fairly certain he was mates with Steve.
