been off my adhd meds and antidepressants due to heart pains for over 6 months now. today i feel so exhausted and drained even though i've barely done anything and slept all day yesterday. I feel so tired that I can't even force myself to get in VR to alleviate my dysphoria and it feels horrible

Hot take: more people should be trying out plurality for fun, just to see if it works for them. The idea that plurality is always an undesirable outcome that you have to put up with if you have it is just internalized bigotry. It's no better than telling people that they can't try other genders.

I often think about why anyone puts up with me in the context of like, I don't think I would be able to stand myself if I met myself from the outside. But then it's hits me that I'm plural and it's like, yeah, I kinda hate myself, but the others in my system don't, and it's all very confusing.

Organized a little get-together for MOONCHASER, the official music event VRChat ran last Friday. Naku's set was my favorite! I'm a bit spoiled because I have so many DJ friends so I felt like the whole event was playing pretty safe but on the whole me and my friends had a good time.

Had my first therapy sesh with a trauma-informed therapist. She's like an anti-capitalist which is cool. It was online so Jackie got to front and show herself on webcam. It was nice, but man, 80 minutes isn't a lot of time But yeah, I guess only your therapist knows that you're a cat online.

as a plural system, i always feel an immense sense of dread whenever I meet an psych student in VRChat cuz there's like a 50% chance that they'll imply politely plurality is bunk and they met a bunch of DID fakers even though they're not qualified to make any diagnosis because they're just a student
