My school has some confusing web sites, as does every university. But I don't think I've seen anything as obtuse as the interface we currently use to set up accommodation exams with our Office of Disability Services -- it's like someone read a book on best UX practices & decided do the opposite.

Matthew Ludwig ended his life 14 months after police bashed his windows in and violently arrested him -- over a typo. Even after realizing their mistake, the SF DA office kept prosecuting him. Ludwig was completely exonerated and charged were dropped after he was dead.
