Nothing process-wise concerning to me beyond not having a regular RB who can keep a good defense honest. Thought Sam largely ripped it and a 3-0 turnover ratio is unlikely to repeat.

The legendary defense allowed 2.9 yards per rush and 5.6 yards per pass. They were excellent outside of losing contain on the final drive. Three turnovers including a pick-six meant that Seattle’s offense had to go twice as far on average as Washington’s.

That reminds me of the loss to the Bucs early last year, when the Seahawks’ entire secondary was out. It’s no excuse, but Seattle got right after that one and I expect they’ll do the same after this one.
