I appear to have acquired a twenty-one year old! He turned up 5 weeks early and spent 10 days in SCBU and if anyone had told be he’d be towering over me and learning to fly & design aeroplanes I’d never have believed them! Treasure the time folks, because it goes bloody fast! ❤️ #parenting

Pottery day 2. Shaping cylinders (which I find easier than actual cylinders as I can pretend they’re supposed to look like this 😜). We didn’t get to trim anything as they weren’t dry so I’m going back another time to do that. #pottery #clay #weekemdfun

Did my birthday present pottery throwing course (thanks @sinisterbulb.bsky.social) Six were reasonably successful and two went into the slop bucket. I’m not sure how good for wellbeing it actually is given how frustrating it is but it’s great fun and six hours went very fast. #pottery #weekend
