Generally, federal law requires that any time someone accesses systems that contain sensitive information, like personally identifiable information (PII), logs of their account and activity should be kept for 6 years. the NLRB deleted this information about a month after DOGE members left.

There’s really nothing to relitigate here. Guy got his ass kicked no matter what you want to take issue with. Then in 2020 when it was more favorable to him, his strategy was to rely on winning about 30% of votes in a crowded field instead of doing outreach to Black voters at any point in 4 years.
