Perfect form means: Soft knees. Brace your core. Keep your spine neutral and the bar close. Push your hips back until the hamstrings load, then drive the hips forward to stand tall. And make sure the lettering on the plates is parallel to the floor.

CrossFit gyms are never empty, and I can rarely find a camera angle without people in frame. I use a grippy mini tripod, shoot video & grab stills. Gym rules mean I have to remove strangers. AI (ChatGpt/Gemini) are easy but hit-or-miss and my GIMP skills are basic. Photographers: better workflow?
